We keep the descriptions here accurate. Even so, these pages are general information rather than a quotation. Timeframes, materials, and results vary with the condition of the floor, the species and age of the wood, and the conditions in the building. A binding price comes from a written estimate given after we have looked at the floor.

Photographs

Most photographs on this site show work completed by The Floorman of Islip. Some images are stock or manufacturer photography used to illustrate a material or a finish. In either case they show the kind of work and the kind of product we deal in rather than guarantee an identical result on a different floor.
