Estimates and prices

No price appears on this site as an offer. A price becomes real when we have looked at the floor and put an estimate in writing. Anything discussed by phone, text, or email beforehand is a starting point.

Timeframes

Where this site gives timings, such as when a finished floor takes foot traffic or when furniture can return, those reflect what happens in most cases. Temperature, humidity, ventilation, the product used, and the condition of the floor all move those numbers. The dates that apply to your job are the ones we give you for your job.

Results and photographs

Most photographs show completed work; some are stock or manufacturer images used to show a material or a finish. Species, age, previous finishes, sun exposure, and wear all affect how a floor takes stain and finish, so another floor treated the same way can come out looking different.
