Information you give us

When you fill out the estimate form, you give us your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you write about your floor. That goes to us by email so we can answer you.

We use it to respond to your enquiry and prepare an estimate. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the business apart from the service providers listed below.

Information collected automatically

Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this site, records standard technical information about each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. This keeps the site running and guards it against abuse.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people read and how they arrived. It loads only after you accept analytics cookies in the banner. If you decline, or ignore the banner, Google Analytics never loads and no analytics data is collected.

Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes data on Google’s systems. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie preferences link in the footer.

Security on the form

Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the contact form to tell people apart from automated submissions. It is designed to work without tracking you from site to site.

Reviews on our testimonials page

Our testimonials page shows our Google reviews through a widget supplied by Elfsight. Loading it means your browser contacts Elfsight and Google to fetch the review content, and those companies may record that request. The widget is there to display reviews rather than to identify you.

Service providers

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are delivered by email through SMTP2GO. Analytics is provided by Google, and the review widget on our testimonials page is provided by Elfsight. Each processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests stay in our email so we have a record of the job and can pick up where a conversation left off. Ask and we will delete yours.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach us by phone or text at 631-478-2042, or through the form on our contact page.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
